Well Gang, I had a pretty exciting day today, Had a Court Hearing and what a court hearing it was. I was supposed to be first one called, but they kept stalling and stalling. Finally, my attorney went in the court room to find out what was causing the holdup. I just could not believe what I was told. We were waiting on the person that filed the charges and for law enforcement to show up.
I told the magistrate that I had been there over two hours and enough was enough. The magistrate read through the court case and started laughing. His comment was
"If I was the cop, I would not want to show my face for this either."
The magistrate asked me what I wanted. I ask him if I could speak freely and he said I could. I told him what this Bullsheet had cost me so far and that I wanted to face my two accusers but it appears that neither one of them had any *****. Well one of them does and they must be microscopic BB's and the other one, when gals have *****, I will quit and give up.
Oh well, he said that he could continue it if I wanted and that he would issue a state warrant for one and demand that the other be in his court. He stated that the cop would respond immediately. I told him that the accuser had left the state and I doubted it if she would return, leave the cop alone and just dismiss it. That he did.
So really, I won. I did not leave. I stayed to face the dragon and slayed it. The instigator slunk away in the still of the night. A repeat performance like always, never ever to face a battle, just take a cowards stance and run.

Got dogs, cats, hamsters, fish , and horses to feed~~ then its off to work!! After work....with any luck....I will get to mow the grass!!!!

Yeah Keven, it was great. At least as you said, I have morals.
But really, the fun will now begin. I don't have to be afraid anymore and I am not. I can hold my head up high and walk through town knowing that the rest now know it was all a fabrication.
