Added some More spikes...Pics!

I mounted two more spikes to the Road Armor bumper....
I made these from 4" round stock aluminium and are approx. 12" long.
They will only be mounted during car shows.

This is the rough end result...

Here they are mounted just as a mock up before I remove them to polish them up.

lol... I know it's alittle crazy, but I was bored and didn't want to mount another set of Piaa lights in the extra holes like everybody else.

The bumper was installed at the end of the summer....took me awhile to save up for that bad boy.

Holy spikes!

Great job Jerry!

I'll guess I'll see it up close and personal on the 16th!

technically illegal on road - but if you made them more of a bullet style, they would be legal. Actually, if you made them look like .45 JHP, that would be really tough.

dvldog,

That reminds me of "Professor Fate" from the "Great Race", his vehicle had 1 rotating cone sticking out
the front.

You could have curved them upwards and made them
look like Steer Antlers.

Paint them Bright yellow, and tell folks they are
you own traffic cones in case of breakdown.

So when some unsuspecting grandma or kid walks in front of your rig in a parking lot, you can get a chuckle when they are laying on the ground bleeding while waiting for an ambulance.

Maybe you could mount some single edge razor blades around the door handles, rear bumpers and mirrors. Then you could get a 3 foot piece of 2" tubing and mount that out your receiver to trip those who walk by the back. Why not just booby-trap the thing with hand-grenades while your at it?

Dont' go overboard, a touch of razor wire here and there will do just fine. No need to be gaudy about it.

psst dvldog... could you make me a set?

Thanks for all the positive comments guys!

Like I said before, these will only be mounted during car/truck shows. And if need be, I'll have caps made and mounted for those "sensitive" people. LOL!
