Differential Fluid Change

I have a 2005 CC 4WD SRW F250 and want to change the front and rear differential fluid. I cannot seem to find the capacity or the type of fluid to use. Can anyone help me with this?

This is the home page of that link that didn't open. I just looked up his 05 F-250 to make sure of the fluids.

Would you know if there is a link for the Dana 80. I believe that is the axle I have on my 03 rear axle on my Dually??

PS: Thanks for the links
