Jump started/Starded/Died/Will not start

Hello all, my brother inlaw has a 6.0L in a 05' 350, I don't know the whole story but this is what i know. They had to jump start for what ever reason, hook the jumper cables up, started the truck and had it running for about 30 seconds, when they pulled the jumper cable off she died and now will not start. There is fuel at the rail, oil preasure when cranking, checked all the fueses he could find and everthing seems to be fine (can hear fuel pump cut in, glow plugs come on/off, check engine light NOT on, no codes on a OBD reader) but crankes and wouln't fire.
Any other suggestions ?

Batt's might still be weak since you had to jump start it...Charge the batt's up for a decent amount of time, and see what happens...

How long was it sitting?

could be a flat dead alternator. Other than that not sure, check for codes, check fuses?

Alternator, also the batterys may be toast. Charge em and load test them.
