Trans Problems
I've got a 99 F-250 SD AUTO with the 5.4 motor. 133k Miles
All of the sudden after this winter my trans started shifting hard between 1st and 2nd. It really hesitates and won't shift until i let the gas off a little. I haven't let it shift between 2nd and 3rd...is there something i should be looking at before I have to bring it to the tranny shop?

well i took it for a test drive today. i got it to shift from 1st to 2nd but it certainly isn't shifting at the right time. It also did shift again from 2nd to 3rd and then again from 3rd to 4th but not at the right time. I will try the speed sensor first
