The drilling sounds easiest would just need a drill press to insure precise holes. What if I clocked the tcase 90degrees making the front out put straight down? Would anything be affected due to movement of the fluid? Sorry for all the questions its just the way I usually learn haha

yea, 90 degrees would remove all your ground clearance.

Haha yea that's true. I think one notch down would be perfect. Trust me nothing ruins my ground clearance worse then the custom radius arm brackets the previous owner made... I needa find a way to pull them up

not sure, but we do have the Middle County Sex College up the road.

that is where they teach people like Dan how to have sex with someone other than themselves.

i got another quick question, i installed brand new track bar bushings when i first got the truck and i maybe have 20-30 hours driving it and my friend drove it down the road and had to pull over and let me drive he said the death wobble was way to bad. Its no different to me so we got it back and discovered my track bar ate the new bushings already. It looks like the last guy custom fabbed a trac bar by welding two together and making it longer. Anyone know if i just make a drop bracket and make it more horizontal will it eat less bushings? and how much drop would i need to do?

Your drag link(from steering box to tie rod) and track bar should be parallel.

My old 78 ate track bar bushings all the time. Spend $ on the lifetime warranty ones, and make good use of it. After practice u will be able to change them in 5 min.
