Go with the 35s. I can't comment on your tire choice because I haven't used them. I just ordered a set of wrangler Duratracs. Thought I would give them a try.
Dude what do you do with your truck?? Toyos have an outstanding rep for sure. Those Duratracs look like an awfully good compromise between an MT and an AT to me, though. I have 40k miles on BFG MT's and still a good amount of tread left and I've been happy with them. That said I think Duratracs are my next tire, maybe Cooper STT's.
35" toyo mt's. there in my opinion the best tire for both on and off road use. check out my truck. ive got 35x12.5 r17s

this. unless you are looking for that stretched tire look, that is silly in my opinion, I'd go with a 9.5 or 10 inch wide if using the 13.5 tires. will look much better, and keep you from having to lift it as much to clear the fenders.
