99 Exp window/door control cluster panel

I have a 99 expedition with electric doors/locks and the mounting tabs have broken. I need the trim panel that the switches attach to. I am having a hard
time finding a source online. I hate going to the stealerships.

or you can put some clear silicon sealer around the edge, set the panel in place, put a couple pieces of masking tape to hold it down and let it set overnight.
