myself I don't think it's an issue of warming up....actually every time I reset the computer it will shift great for one test run down the street and back...but this time it actually went 2 or 3 trips down the street before it return to it's unwanted state..lol....don't know if it helps but when I was under the truck I noticed that someone had spliced a wire into the plug on the shift selctor on the side of the tranny and ran it to ground and did a crappy job too

Drove all morning with no problems....stopped at a stop light and now it wont even start to go forward unless you raise the rpms real high....but buacks up just fine.....guess im towing it home
