The intakes are different. You'll need to swap out at least the upper intake manifold. The lower one may need to be swapped as well. And I believe you have a different head setup on the Marquis.

Ok so if i had a choice i should stick with a truck motor then i want this to be a simple swap as possible ! Also i was thinking about upgrading the motor to a 351W what do you suggest and what years and vehicles would be my best choices ?.........

EEC-IV you can use the 351W out of a Ford truck up until about mid 1994. Shortly after that Ford went to thet OBD-II system. The firing order is different, you'll need the ECM module from the donor vehicle. If you are running the AOD, you'll need a different plexplate. I thnk you can search the forums and find out which automobile has the one you need.

When mine started burning oil and became a tired dog, I just yanked it and rebuilt it. A lot simpler.

Both upper AND lower intake plenums are different.

Flex plate from a Crown Vic if you run with NWBronco's suggestion.
