Don't have a Harley, never even rode a motor cycle. Lights are a must. Now that I know that the valance is a Xenon Air Dam, I know what I am trying to fit. Most of the Grills I see are ABS Plastic with a chrome finish. Worry about flaking. But most chrome parts are plastic so it may be fine.
it doesnt matter if you have a harley or not. The 2004 f250 harley davidson grill is direct replacement. it never came in chrome, so it will be ready for paint.
Damn that Harley grille does look good I might look in to that myself. Either that or do the whole 05 front end conversion. Anybody know the going rate of one of the 04 Harley grilles?

No problem, I still think that the 2004 harley grill would look killer (you really need to look at more pics of that grill), and you can add round lights to the valance, and you can add ford factory fog lights to the bumper as well.....
yes 99-2004 all used the same grille/bumper....2004 was the first year for the harley edition...but uses the same mounting points and brackets. 2003 was the first year ford offered fog lights on a superduty.

I must admitt, when you said harley grill I was thinking of some chrome aftermarket with a big harley logo in the middle. What your talking about looks BEEFY. Think it would look good with the air dam. Searching for lights that will fit in the air dam, and looking for the harley grill.

You might end up having to buy it through a ford dealer....i haven't seen any on ebay....
my bad.....your right 2001 was the first year for fog lights....2003 was the first year for the clear turn signals and head lights.
Hate to bust your chops, they changed from the amber markers to clear markers in 2002...
I'll help you out, 2003 was the first year for heated mirrors with the marker lights in them, but only on the trucks with the 6.0. Gassers didn't get the mirror heaters and markers until 2005.
