Subscribing.
I usually carry spare chains. One gets dull? I just switch to a new one. Periodically take chains in to get them sharpened.
But this thing looks easy, quick, and idiot-proof.....Which qualifies me for sure......

never used one, but did see it on one of the DIY shows..
The only thing I see is you would probably wear down the chain faster using one of those..
It does look like a good thing for those who don't want to sharpen the chain by hand

Meh. Proprietary chain, proprietary bar. Looks pretty gimmicky to me. It may work, but I know how to sharpen my own chains (I use good chain, not homeowner crap), and I know how to avoid things that dull my chain.

You want a good chain,...... let the saw shop handle it.
Gimmick.

I recently brought this up in the garage section
Consensus was pretty much that a shop will do a better job and not take off as much material

I don't think I'd opt for the kit myself, but it looks like a cool idea.
It might be interesting to see how much stock is removed from those teeth after following the instructions.
