short between pcm and ground??????
Ok, here is the deal. I have a 1990 F250 that one morning last week wouldn't start. No fuel pump noise. Two days later, it started. Now, it won't start again. I followed ths suggestions in a repair manual and got a DTC of 95. Something about problem between PCM and ground in the fuel pump system. By grounding out the terminal in the diagnostic link, the relay sits there and 'pings' but no fuel pump noise. Neither tank works, but the fuel gauge moves when I switch tanks so I think the switch is good. Where are the grounds that I should look for? Is there one that grounds both fuel pumps to the frame somewhere underneath?
