The self adhesive felt or cover mat is nice. The type I had used sprayon adhesive and it works, just potential for a mess.

I need to do my ZF5 swap before I do my sound deadening. It'll be getting either new carpet or vinyl floors after the swap is done.

I want to do at least the firewall and floors, maybe roof and doors too if I can afford it later. Mainly I want to cut down on engine noise inside the cab.

Before you install the carpet do the truck with the RAAMmat then place the carpet. Save taking it out again.
