Yes Mike, I still have it along with a never used insert/stainless 2" ball.
It's not actually a "Reese" brand - but same style. You interested in it?

Here's a link to the website - this is only the 2nd year for it - but it's getting better and better - there have been 4 so far (2 each year)
Last fall there were quite a few vendors there - they have it in Nov - just before Moultrie.

Hey Number Dummy, I am looking for a set of bed rails like those for my 1968 f100 Ranger. Do you know of a dealer where I can find them. They are not yet available at Dennis Carpenter. I went there a few months back and they said that they didn't have rights from Ford on them yet. I called back this morning and they said they were still not available. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Strange what you're told at DC as these bed rails are listed in their on line catalog.

I think I'd call again and try a different salesperson - unless NumberDummy finds you a "real" set!!

I actually drove to Charlotte a few months back to pick up a set along with a few other things. That's when I found out that they were not yet available. They said to call back every couple of weeks which I have been doing. I asked today why they had them in their catalog and online catalog and I was told that they had the molds to make them but didn't have permission from Ford yet. They also told me that there are many other parts listed in the catalogs that are not available. By the way that's a great looking truck you have there. The wire hubcaps and bed rails really set it off!!

32230 is the basic part number for any bed rail kit. 99 is the body style code for a Styleside pickup, thus: 9932230. When you add the specific prefix and suffix, this gives the application.

E3TZ-9932230-B .. 1983/92 Ranger 6' Bed Chrome Bed Rail Kit / Obsolete

Last MSRP: $134.67 // Dealer net cost: $101.01.

11 FoMoCo Dealers have 12 / 2 obsolete parts vendors have 1 each.

There are three other bed rail kits for 1983/92 Rangers:

E3TZ-9932230-A = 6' Black / E3TZ-9932230-C = 7' Black / E3TZ-9932230-D = 7' Chrome.
Could you tell me where I can find a set of the bed rails for a short bed. They are NOT available at Dennis Carpenter even though they are listed in their catalogs. Thank You. I posted this on the wrong page I'm looking for a set for a 68 f100 thank you

Last MSRP: $161.97 // Dealer net cost: $113.38.

13 FoMoCo Dealers have 21 of these kits. I'll post the sources if anyone's interested.

Oh and btw: E3TZ-9932230-B = 1983/92 6' RANGER Chrome Bed Rail Kit.

The part number will not be the same if for a long bed or if black, which was also available:

F150/350: F3TZ-9932230-C = 8' bed Chrome / F3TZ-9932230-D = 8' bed Black.

Part number sources: 1980/89 & 1990/2001 Ford Light Truck Parts Catalogs.
I would like for you to post the sources on the bed rail kit. I need a set that I would like to put on my 68 f100 short bed. They are definatley not available at Dennis Carpenter no matter what their catalogs say. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When Phil asked me to find him a kit, because there were so many sources, I gave him the sources over the telephone.

And that's the only way I'll do this, because I'm not gonna type them all.

Y'all that want one a these kits, P/M or email me your number, best time to call.

Mr. Bill, I just wanted to say thanks again for your help. I have a set of bed rails on the way from Woody Bilton Ford in Monks Corner S.C. The parts man said he thought they had been on the shelf for around 20 years. He sold them to me for 25% off of dealer cost so I got them for $86 plus shipping which came to a total of $108. If I owe you anything for your time and phone call please let me know. Thanks again, Randy
