power tuner

i have a 2004 f250 with a 5.4 gas motor what is the best power tuner for towwing . i tow a 30 foot travel trailer about 10 time a year

I have had good luck with the Diablosport Predator on a couple of trucks. 93 octane tune works for me.

I Have a sct x3 and to be honest didnt see and gain in power. Had better throttle response but mileage went for s$#t. And no it wasnt from driving more agressive. Tried three different programs with different octain tunes.

I would stay away from any canned tuning device (Hypertech, SuperChips, Diablo, Bull Dog, etc.).

Another option (to the SCT XCAL3) is a Gryphon CS or CTS (with custom tunes) from Power Hungry Performance.
