These are the only long acorn lug nuts worth buying.
I had 2 cheaper sets of long acorn lug nuts that I bought off of ebay for like $30 for 32 nuts, and they looked fine, worked fine. But the chrome started chipping the first time I looked at them. Only took getting sliced open a couple times before I pulled them all off and went with McGard nuts. No regrets. No sliced open fingers.
I will say though, I had 2 out of 64 lug nuts with awful threads. One seemed like the tap that formed the threads was all boogered up, the other one wasn't threaded deep enough. Huge PITA since I started them all by hand, and the 1 that wasn't threaded deep enough was already several hits with the impact in before I realized that it was bound up. I'm sure McGard would have warrantied the lug nuts but I already had a tap and die to fix them myself.
