Yes, I have dealt with him several times, very nice guy. I ask him about a part, he says "let me go look and I'll call you back" and he does.....whether he has it or not.

I would love to go there in person someday...

High quality parts, he knows what they do from personal experience, and friendly service. I use him whenever I can. 180 deg from LMC.

Wow!!! Never knew that this place existed. I'll have to give him a try one day on an obscure part. I wonder if he has the correct radio speaker and windshield crank **** for my Airflow...???

speechless.now you get the younger kid behind a computer that only knows about spoilers and lowering fiberglass kits.
I hope his family keep that great store alive.Or at least donate all of it to a museum.

WOW! There's another "funny" character here in Guadalajara, his place is called 'La Unica' (The Only One, or Unique). Funny thing about him is that the prices are related to his mood. If one day he gives you a five bucks price and you go back the next, he might as well say 30. And if you tell him that he just gave you a different price the day before he'll just come back sayin' "You want it or not?"

Interesting people in the world.

That is awesome. I would be inclined to go to someone like that before many other places. You know that he is doing this for the love of it and not the money....speaking of that, how does he price his stuff? I guess just a regular mark up from what he paid...or he is brilliant and knows price points well....

Hey, who is it here that is building the 1960 all from NOS parts and back to factory original (except the powder coating). I wonder if he knows about this guy? Shoot, now I wonder how that progress is going...what were we talking about?

^ ^ NumberDummy knows all about it. ^ ^

If y'all have the part number, type it into PartsVoice.com.

Registration is free, searching for parts is free. More than just Ford parts are listed.

Most of the Ford obsolete parts vendors inventories are listed (including Antique Auto Supply-817-275-2381 [off the cuff since I list this place all the time] in Arlington TX) and about 20% of the FoMoCo Dealers.

Also listed on PartsVoice: Green Sales Co., Miller Obsolete Parts, Wesley Obsolete Parts, Dale King Obsolete Parts, Carpenter NOS Obsolete Parts, NOS Parts Source and etc etc etc.

No part numbers? hipoparts.com has CD's of Ford Passenger Car & Truck parts catalogs:

Truck: 1948/56 / 1957/63 / 1964/72 / 1973/79 Light & Heavy / 1980/89 Light & Heavy.

Ford Car: 1949/59 / 1960/64 / 1965/72 / 1973/79 / 1973/79 L/M (only) / 1980/89 includes L/M.

Note: 1966/79 Bronco parts are listed in the car parts catalogs.

Carpenter wants two hundred bucks (!) for his reprinted 1948/56 truck catalog. You can buy the same puppy from hipo on a CD for about 20 bucks.
