Left front wheel problem!!!

My left front wheel keeps throwing weights!! Any ideas whats doing it?

Hard to be certain. Is it any wheel that is mounted to the left front or the same wheel again and again? If its the same wheel, it could be out of round. If its any wheel put on the left front it could be from excessive vibration at that hub/bearing etc.
