ne regional rep

if anyone can help. i am looking for the email
address for the northeast regional manager for ford motor.
my dealer refuses to give me the number and customer service
has yet to produce anything except being rude.
any help thanks. its about many many many major problems
i've had with my explorer

Don't call or write to the dealer. Have your lawyer do it! I guarantee THAT will get his attention, particularly if you threaten to sue to recover the cost of the vehicle.
