Truck is a 1986 F350 7.5 L carbed auto. No cruse control .No interment wipers.I have been haveing What I think is a fuel starvation problem. Have replaced all relays,Pumps,Change over valve, and Bypassed the fuel return metering devise at the carb. I have read all the old forums about this problem need help.
Thank all of you out there this is a great site.
Those were primarily used with trucks with A/C or trucks with California emissions, etc... depending on year model and engine. There should be a device on the carb that actuates the throttle linkage.
And you bypassed the "fuel return metering devise" at the carb? Could you post pictures of it? Not sure what you are talking about there. As far as I can tell you may be talking about the emission throttle control solenoid. What the actuator, "Black Box" controls... etc...
