Blue Smoke!! HELP

I have a 2004 F250 Lariat Diesel, today on my 4 hour trip back the truck started puffing blue smoke intermidedely, the truck does not run rough or idle funny. There are no check engine lights on. It smokes under 2500rpm and does not do it all the time! Can anyone help me?
