I ate cottage cheese, granola and fruit coctail every day for a year or so and then the need passed. Haven't eaten it since.

Cottage cheese with peaches, or pears, or pineapple rings.
Or, just plain with lots of black pepper!
It has to be the 4% or more milkfat variety, the fat free stuff is just not the same!

Ketchup with cottage cheese is very tasty.
Or if you want a quick meal, tuna and cottage cheese with black pepper.

I like the 2% variety with pinepple and black pepper. If you get stuck with the fat free and don't like the taste, add a little mayonaise. It really improves the taste.
Tuna made with cottage cheese instead of mayonaise is also good. Skip the pineapple.
Cottage cheese and garbonzo beans.
I make my scrambled eggs with cottage cheese. Just put it in the pan with the eggs when cooking. Add to taste and texture.
I'm gonna have to try the granola. Haven't thought of that one.
I don't know about the ketchup.

I usually put cottage cheese on buttered toast with salt and pepper. Makes a great breakfast.
