very nice rig buddy, is it road worthy or just a bush buggy?
Thanks, I had to change out the steering column because the gear selector pin was badly worn out and the indicator pin was gone and horn didn't work, several cab roof lights were blown the parking brake cable is new but not hooked up at the divider (missing the nut) right side rear light needed repair.
What's good with the Bronco, complete new exhaust from front to back, new steering linkage, Brakes less than a year old, got to be a 1000 watt stereo system and much much more.
WOW what a find for $600.
I got an 86 for $100 with assembly required. Only has 170,000 km on it. Just have not got to it yet. I bought it for some parts for my own 86 truck and I figured to put the truck back together and sell it.
But it is not as good shape as your Barney. Very nice find> Thumbs up.
I just noticed the fugly mirrors on Barney, where did those come from?

They were one of the problem points they were flopping all over the place, had to take them completely apart and fix all the pivot point, they work pretty good for now but I will most likely go to my favorite mirror the 92 to 96 Bronco /F150 style ones.

Do I detect an emotional attachment developing here? What happend to stripping it down for parts and scrapping the remains?
Or just have fun..I'm thinking of stunts that you can post on youtube? a ramp, some imports..... maybe a controlled 'splosion...... isn't Courtice in Hazard County, ...you and Andy , aka Bo 'n' Luke.. I can hear the banjo playing in the background....

Well I am thinking on taking it to Sweetpea mudbog this summer, there is a class for the "33" and under tire size 4x4.
And yes there is an attachment growing at least for the moment
That mud bog looks like fun, maybe I'll try the Ranger? Would need a snorkel by the looks of things. Is there anywhere closer to get a little dirty?

You could always do the mud road behind Andys when it rains, that gets pretty slimy or just at Harmony road and 401 there's some trails that look pretty nasty I've seen some jeeps covered in mud coming out of there but my guess is you'd need a winch and another truck just in case you get stuck.
The thought had occured to me... . Almost got stuck last week but the little ranger impressed me and got me out of a ditch I should not of tried to get through.
Gonna have to try harmony rd. ... Leave your cell phone on just in case...
