Why are you replacing the harness; is it broken or is the plug loose. If the plug is loose, search the 50 cent mod and you can fix it for 50 cents. As far as what to look for, I can not help you......is your truck not running right?
I already have the harness so ill just replace it.. I can hear a little bit of injector noise after a run at highway speeds when i come to a stop just trying to avoid any more trouble

Sorry....I just read your other thread about the piston.....wow, that sucks!
I would still do the 50cent mod if you have not already because even w/ a new one they will work there way loose. Mine were replaced by the dealer under warranty and about 50k miles later when I checked them they were loose. Just my 2 cents........since you have it open you could pull them all, clean and inspect them for the cost of the o-rings? How many miles are on these injectors. You have already replaced #5 correct......what did the mechanic say about the rest of the injectors?
OOPS....107k miles....they should be fine, but then again....you shouldn't have cracked a piston either!
changed wire harness and tightened things up sounds like a new truck the injectors seem to been oiling more evenly and just sound way smother this should be routine...

75% of the rockers got a 1/8 turn or better 2 got about a 1/4 turn and one got almost 1 turn. The hold downs were all pretty good only a couple got 1/8 to 1/4 turn
