Auto Lock Vacuum Lines
Anybody have a good fix for the vacuum line on the driver's side of the truck coming off? The fitting by the hub is OK, then there is a 8" or so piece of rubber tubing that slips onto a nipple fitting passed through a bracket that holds the line up. 4 Wheel drive wasn't working in my truck about a month ago...crawled under and found that hose disconnected. I assumed it was the deep 12"+ snow I had been driving in must have pulled it off. Yesterday my hubs wouldn't engage again, today I crawled under and that same hose was unhooked.
So I put the hose back on and put a Zip tie on it for now but a better fix would be good if anybody knows one I'm all ears.
