The Haynes '80-96 Ford Pickup & Bronco manual (#36058 $12@any parts store) or the Helm/Ford service CD ('92-96 only ~$7 on eBay). What year/vehicle do you have?

Factory shop manuals are the best. www.helminc.com has some. Also keep an eye on ebay; they're on there quite often.

thanks i have the haynes book i amlooking for a book covering JUST the I-6 motor . i dont care for the HAYNES or CHILTONS S books. they are good books just not what im looking for. I'll try the http://www.helminc.com/ site thanks for the info.

You won't find one covering just the 300, but, the best service manuals you can ask for are the factory set. They are getting a bit hard to find, however, they still show up on ebay relatively frequently.
