Looking late at night on c-list , my dad said no cause there is no where to put it !

Even if the thing was blown up, look at all the spare parts for your current engine.
Fuel filter header, valve covers, alternator, power steering pump, glow plug controller, Injection pump, Injectors, Injector lines ($50 each brand new by the way), oil pan, blah blah blah.
If it were closer, I'd buy it just for the rockers and fuel filter header for my 6.9!
Matter of fact....if you did happen to buy it, you could part it out and scrap the rest and make probably $100-$150 depending on how much scrap is in your area. Yes, I know, I HATE to say the words scrap in the same thought as the word IDI.
If you did, I'd buy the rockers and fuel filter header off ya....just sayin....lol
