it is more then likely carb heads on it. Ford didn't always put the casting numbers on the outside of the heads. look under the valve covers for any numbers or on the underside of heads.
if the intake manifold has no provisions for fuel injectors, then it is a carb engine.
those are carb heads. more then likely D3VE's or very similiar.
if it is a industrial engine they usually were set up to run on gas, propane or natural gas so they usually came with bronze alloy valve guides, better valve seat material and different exhaust valve material (i can't find my old brochure on these engines, used to buy about 5 - 10 a year for standby units on pumps). literally thousands of them out there on generators, pumps, welders, etc. very tough reliable engines.
