Trailer brake/light issues

My prodigy 3 brake controller is saying no trailer connected. I don't know if this will prevent me from seeing a hot when the brakes are applied or when the manual brake lever on the p3 is apllied.

either way the blue wire at my trailer plug isn't getting any juice.

Also I'm not getting any left turn signal/brake.

Aside from distro box fuse 1(trailer left turn/stop) and fuse 28 (trailer brake controller) are there any other fuses/relays that can cause this or do I need to start tracking the wire?

Is the orange wire for trailer battery charging?
I've read about "tow relays" that came in the glove box what slots did they go into and could they cause this?
Thanks for your help,

The inside of the trailer plug on my bumper has gotten corroded from salt/road spray and I have disassembled it and clean the connections several times to get current to my trailer.

A very general rule of thumb......ground, ground, ground. Not always, just usually. Begin there.

I had a similar issue, it ended up being where my trailer lights plugged into the wiring harness. (round socket) It was loose and some water had gotten into it. I cleaned and reconnected it and everything was great.
