2002 Factory Manual
Is this what I need for a 2002 Excursion 7.3L?
2002 F-Super Duty Service Information CD-Rom - Helm Incorporated
I assume it converse all Diesel related items?
Is there anything not covered (electrical, diagnostic procedures for use with a scanner like AutoEnginuity, etc)?
Also, is there a source for a parts PDF anywhere?

That should have the repair manuals, electrical diagrams, and diagnostic manuals included on the CD. It will cover the diesels too. That is pricey, check out ebay for options too. I got mine off of there and it has everything, and is a Ford CD.
It will not cover AE, but it will provide you with the needed information to use AE, just takes a little interpretation.
If you want to look at parts, go to fordparts.com. You can create an account with your vehicle information. Then you can browse parts catalogs with pictures. They rarely give you the full P/N so it can be frustrating to use. Prices are high on there so use partsguyed.com for OEM parts, way better prices!!
