will heads, claims from/for a 1990, fit our 99-03 7.3'z?

No. I think that vintage is a IDI.

the 94.5-03 heads will interchange.

Nah, just a set of new ones, came about, thought it was a good price, and then figure, maybe build a spare motor...dig hav'n projects. Not like, our truck aint a project to begin with...lol
