Truck pulls to the right when I let off the gas
I have weird issue that I could use some help with. When driving about 40-75mph when I let off the gas the truck pulls to the right. When I get back on the gas it straightens back up. I had the truck into the shop and they said they couldnt find anything wrong with it. I have also checked all the usually items. The shop also said that it might be the tires (radial pull??). The tire are bridgestones stock size and load range and have about 3000 miles on them, They where new when I got the truck about 6months ago.
I also tighten up the adjustment screw on the steering box and it too the play out of the wheel but didnt stop the pulling. I also tried inflating the tire to 55psi front and 70psi rear, 55psi front and rear. This didnt help either.
The truck is 2003 f250 4x4, 5.4l Crew cab, 120,000miles.
Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks

I agree... I'd start with the tires. Could be as simple as a tire with low pressure. You'd be amazed how much it can pull to one side with low pressure, or, lowER pressure on one side of the veehickle.

Thanks guys for the suggestions. I hope it as simple as a stuck capiler. There is a strange pulsating drowning noise that is coming from the front driver side. I have had the tires off front and spun them around and the both spun freely. Also there wasnt any play in them either. I never thought to check the back brakes. I will let you know what I find out. thank again

As well as the bearings, brakes, track bar, etc I would check the steering ends for play, the ball joints and the front axle u-bolts.
I had an old Scout 4x4 that would do that. The front axle u-bolts were loose allowing the axle to twist. The twisting axle was changing the steering component geometry, causing the front wheels to turn when power was applied or let off.
