302 Engine Swap

Ive got a 302 from an 84 merc cougar that I want to put in an 88 Bronco that has a tired smoking 302 EFI in it. As far as I know everything from the bronco engine should swap onto the older engine. My question is am I right or am I wrong?

The long block is able to swapped into a bronco.

The timing cover and oil pan w/pickup will have to used from the bronco.

Thats pretty much what I was expecting, just wasnt sure about the difference in the EFI setup. Thanks alot, any more help will be welcome.
