just a quick question..need opnions...

so..im tired of trying to get the prior owner to title the truck and give the title back to me..so..im at the point where i just wanna either sell it as a parts truck for $2,000...or part out for more money...id part everything out..then take w/e is left to a scrap yard..

so..what is your opinions??

I would call the DMV and find out what you can do if he sold you the truck and is refusing to give you a title.

Well its not that..we have the title..but its a auction title from the AH to him. So he can't 'legally' sell it to us...ill probably go get a salvage title...or something...
