Im Having the interior of my 78 freshened up in about 2 weeks, and I bought a custom Cluster outfitted with Phantom II Autometers... thing is i havent seen nottah one truck with the same or similar style fittings. Anyone have any interior shots they can share... i need some ideas on how i want to handle the look. My truck is currently as shown in my albums... i wanted to do a Blk/Gry theme, but now i think i want to keep the blue dash, and add some blk/gry contrast to it in order to break it up a bit. any input? I've been looking at that exact dash...but I was going to purchase the dash alone, and pick up different gauges...been wanting to put gauges in the truck, just because I wanted a different look...
I'm guessing you went with the solid black dash?
how do you like it?
was it pretty much a direct swap with the old dash?
Called Dakota Digital a while back to talk about the digital offerings. I too like the needles to move so asked if there was a VHX offering for our trucks. I was told it would be about 12 months; that was 5 months ago.
I would wait for the more modern gauge that fits the stock dash.
