Dealer computer options?

I have read here on FTE information advising people to get their dealer to configure their vehicles computer to activate day time driving and set the tire pressure sensors to 60 psi. Does anybody have a list of other operations they can modify? While we are on the subject, what are the tire pressures set at from the factory? Thanks.

Factory pressure settings will be on the sticker on the frame inside the driver side door.

I just had a horrible thought. My TPMS is currently set at 55 psi and I like it that way. If and when I get another flash, will I lose that setting? Will I have to go the rounds with the dealer again to reset to 55 again or does the flash save all current settings?
