292 front mount to 360 side mounts

292 front mount to 360 side mounts
I need help please I have a 1960 f250 had 292 front mounts in it but pulled it now trying to put a 360 from a 73 pick up.I put the cross member out of the donor truck.First thing is the mount bracets don't look right. Then another thing is it seems like i have to take to old trans crossmember out. Can yall please help tell me what you had to to do an engine swap. Like i said PLEASE HELP
