horn wont work

horn wont work
gota 04 f150 xlt, cant get horn to work, my cruise works fine just horn wont work, and wen i use the panic button all i hear is clicking from the fuse box. would the relay be bad or prob somthin else?

k. kool, thanx. kinda new to this forum stuff,still figurin out how to find everything. lol gota 1000 questions on this 04 i just got, ges ill get good at it purt fast.
