Question Van compatibility ?

I have a question of compatibility of parts between 2 vans.

Donor - 1979 E-250 2wd
Receiver - 1983 E150 2wd

Parts to swap - entire front suspension/steering. Spindles, I-beams,
springs, radius arms, tie rod assembly....all of it.

So my questions revolve around 2 areas;
1) Will '79 parts fit an '83? Since I'd be swapping it all, I'm assuming
I need the frames to be the same. Are they?
2) can I install 250 parts on a 150? Does that then impact the
rear suspension? Do I need both ends from the '79?

Thanks for any help.

Van compatibility ?

If the 250 didn't use leaf springs up front, then you can pull radius arms, drag links and everything and swap them to the 150 van.

You can also swap the rears if you want everything should physically bolt into place.

Van compatibility ?

If you don't swap the rear axle, you'll have to carry 2 spare tires since the lug patterns will be different.
