I dont understand the point of that. imo save your money
cheezit, I see you are running a EGR delete, I have been running unplugged for many miles but I get a p0528 fan code I have checked and it is from being unplugged it goes away reconnected but p0403 &p0405 reappear, I do not want fan issues so I want to plug in a uninstalled valve!
Thought about leaving my valve and try to get a used EGR valve to plug in and secure it some how.
Just don't think its worth doing a full delete with the round cooler.
your gonna have a fan issue with the p0405 code anyway..
Noone can tell my that happens I just know it does .Matty and myself found it pretty close to the same time. it would be cheeper to just get a good working valve and plug that one in on top of the manifold.

Cool, did I read I need a early valve or are they all the same?
Got the p0405 with the plug on why is that and how can I stop it?
p0405 is egr valve circuit a fault. its caused by a bad coil in the valve.
if you have agreen state truck you will get a light.
I dont know what valve you need. Im a tech not a parts guy. I dont tell the parts guy what part numbers I need and he doesnt tell me how to fix a truck
call parts guy ed

Thanks, they changed in 2005. So then mines bad anyway, wonder if a cleaning might help? Valves are alot more than the spool.
