Welcome. I too like the 57-60's. You can get a original shop manual on e-bay fairly reasonable. The pictures are clearer than ones that are reproduced and is portable for the garage. If you need a complete hinge I have a few, just send me a personal message. Like Walston said they can be rebuilt. You could check the junk yards locally which could be easier.
Most mechanical parts can still be purchased new from NAPA etc. Dennis Carpenter reproduces alot of the rubber for doors, windshield seals.
Joblot in NY has a good selection of ford parts.
Greensales has NOS ford parts and are helpful.
Are you looking for an engine/tranny? I like the 292 Y-block or the 223 staight six. Parts can still be found and engines are still pretty plentiful. They are both durable and easy to work on. The y blocks have a great sound.
Thank you to everyone for the offers and suggestions. Please keep them coming as my project will continue for awhile.
OK here is the latest on my '57. Found the hinge (thank you dad, as it was at the bottom of one of his many bucket of misc items). Purchased a reproduction of the shop manual at the Good Guys show in Scottsdale, AZ and ordered a weld in Mustang II front clip from HELIX. While we are waiting for the clip to arrive, brought over the doors & hinges, hood, and passenger side front fenders (inner/outer) to begin discovery of where we need to clip and replace. It was a great start to the weekend. Getting ready to go to Desert Valley Auto Parts (DVAP.com) to compare the state of my current bed vs one on the lot.
I see that Sacto Vintage Ford, Sacramento, calif, offers a $95 57-63 Ford Truck Parts & Accessories "illustration catalog" part number 9264-6 and a set of sister books 57-63 that is a Text only Catalog. I guess one would use them all together to sort things out etc. And the text catalog is part number 9264-5. If I'm reading this right the illustration catalog is one volume and the text catalog is two volumes. One illustration catalog for $95 and two text catalogs for $95(both text catalogs) or $190 for all three volumes etc. Hope that's not too confusing.
That's an outrageous price! You can buy the exact same 1957/63 Ford Truck Parts Catalog (comprised of all 3 volumes) on a CD from hipoparts.com for $20.50
Volume I = Text, Chassis Parts: Sections 1001-7999 / Volume II = Text, Chassis Parts: Sections A7000-19999 & Body/Interior Parts / Volume III = Illustrations.

I have a couple sets of doors laying around, if your still looking for a hinge let me know. I dont need 3 sets for my truck
I need to get working on my truck...been way to long sitting. The bees have made themselves at home in the cab
I did find all the hinges and now have to start sending parts off to be blasted. Taking care of a few other expenses first. But within the next week or so I should start by sending out the bed or cab.
Just finally received the rotors (backordered from Helix) for the Mustang II front clip. We should start that swap soon. Starting to see forward movement on the project.
Thank you for keeping me in mind on the doors. If I find any issues, I will PM.
