I have a 92 f250 7.3 IDI and was wondering if anyone has made a ranchand style bumper for themselves instead of buying one. If so Id like to see some pictures. Id like to know kinda where to start. My 92 is a feed truck and I can already tell is going to be needing something gaurding the front.
Nope, don't need an account, I'm logged out and I still see the pics just fine. Used to be where you needed an account to be able to even read the threads, but they changed it and now attached files are the only ones that cannot be seen without logging in (but I think this is the situation with just about any internet board out there) - embedded images are visible to everyone, and that's what most folk put in their posts in that thread, embedded images.
Search "bumper build" or "homemade bumper" or just "bumper" and you'll find some threads here. As far as measurements and plans you're probably gonna have to figure that out on your own.
