I have a Speraco 6.0 which is twice the size of any Ford, and also the price, so go with what you can afford. If you are going with high performance go Speraco. P.S. I don't have any idea if the 6.4 will work!

For one, the 6.4 cooler will not fit in the stock location whatsoever, it would fit width wise, but is several inches too tall to fit height wise. The IC pipe locations are on the corners instead of directly center on each side. Which would make it an even more of a PITA to make fit than the one on my truck that is off a 6.7 cummins.
All I had to do was mount the IC in front of the condensor as far forward as possibly since mine will not fit in the stock location either. I added one straight 9 7/8'' piece of 3'' stainless to each of my IC pipes to be able to reach the IC. If you did one from a 6.4 you would have to custom make the IC pips and it would be a SOB to put them on.
