possible headgasket?
Hey guys I just noticed that my coolant tank has some coolant residue on the side coming from the cap. Now in my line of work when the headgasket starts going on our engines we see some oil residue in the tank which is a clear sign that the gasket is going or gone already. Im going to get a pressure cap for my tester from snap on today to check the pressures. My question is how much pressure is usually built by the engine?

Could be your oil cooler instead of a head gasket.

Be willing to bet it's NOT head gaskets. Oil cooler or front cover is my bet, as far as your question about pressure 14-16lbs. Good luck & hope for the oil cooler to be the culprit, you'll have to pull engine for front cover.
