Tires?
I have a 2wd 78 f150 with stock 15" rims and I need a new set of tires. What is the largest size tire I can get for factory rim that will not scrub the fender wells? I also intend to pull a good size camper with it also and do not want it to scrub with it loaded down as well. What do you guys suggest? Someone also suggested that I get a smaller/lesser aggressive tire for the front and leave a more aggressive tire on the back because it would ride smoother that way?

The more aggressive the tread, the more growling and singing the tire does. In my experience, the aggressive tires dont last long on the highway either, they wear fast and then yes, they do make for a worse ride on the steer axle. If you dont plan on being offroad much, consider a good all terrain tire.

Yes as stated above use an all terrain. The firestone A/T (forgot the name) was pretty good my dad had a set on his ranger.
You can "fit" 35s one one of these if it's a 4x4, not sure about 2wd though. maybe 33"?

31's are the safe bet, 32's max. 32x1150R15's are almost a dying breed these days. There's a lot more selection in 31X1050R-15's. Having aggressive tires on the back and highway on front can lead to an unsettling wandering (feels like the back end is walking around), especially on new tires. Wouldn't want that feeling with a camper on. As mentioned earlier, a decent all-terrain should do the trick.
