I'm getting codes

</td></tr></tbody></table>
179CMRight side still rich, at leanest adaptive limit, during part throttle.
The TPS has been replaced 3 or 4 times, this last time I made sure that it is the correct part number(Verified from Ford);
It liked the new TPS and accelerates so much better now and the trans shifts smoothly now.
I have checked a few grounds, removing them and sanding the spot and putting them back, I believe they were the ones by the battery itself(Had nearly rusted off) and the one running to my passenger side firewall(looked fine, sanded anyway)
I am getting some driveability issues; It stumbles at 30MPH reliably and it not wanting to accelerate at random times while driving on the highway
It is always accompanied by a very mild stumble, if I flutter the gas pedal I can get it to accelerate, vacuum is very low(under 5) and tries to drop to 0 when I try to accelerate when it's doing this.
Another(new) issue is that when I clear the codes, I get something like an incomplete code from my code scanner, 00 and no 111 system pass or 10 for space like it normally gives.
It will go away after I run the truck for a bit.
I was almost sure that before when I cleared codes with it and scanned it again that it would pop up at least 111 for system pass.
Any ideas?
My thought is that the O2 sensor might be caked in carbon and stuff now that I've been running it for a year with the wrong TPS
The only other things I can think of would be a damaged wiring harness somewhere or a capacitor leaked in the PCM and is causing it to act senile.
