Noises from dashboard.
I've been hearing this noise coming from somewhere in the dashboard of my 1997 F250 HD. It sounds like water splashing back and forth. It doesn't happen all the time. Just wonderin what's causing it.
Try turning off your heater control valve.
Mine sounds like 'running' water when it's on.
I've tried to bleed the air out 100x so I just pretend I'm on a tropical beach and try to not let it put me to sleep.

Your idea makes much more sense than mine. I forgot that if you get air in there, the heater does make some noise.
Where did she go through? I can't think of anywhere in Afghanistan that has good food. We're usually on the verge of running out of the disgusting crap they send us lol
Its water running through the heater core. Mine does it every now and then. Make sure your coolant level is good.

I'll also agree with the heater core making sounds. I have never seen a truck from our generation that had a valve on it.
Webasto. As for you dash squeeking, take a look at the passenger side lower dash by the kickpanel. There is a plastic tab that is common to break.

The point is to have water running through the heater core. That's what does the heating.
A couple things that may work ...or not.
A 3 dollar 'flush n' fill' kit has a 'T' fitting that goes in the heater hose line.
And it sure looks to be the highest point in the system. and seems reasonable to bleed the air out.
Park the truck as uphill as you can so the rad fill is as high as possible.
Push down on the heater hoses so they are lower than the rad fill,
Make sure the heater temp valve is all the way open.
I asked this question a few weeks ago and got at least a full page of this as a common prob/issue and most everyone just gave up and live with the sound.
If your rad cap shows full a few times when cold or takes 1/2 a coffee cup of water a few times when cold, there's really not much else to do.

One guy filled his by taking the top rad hose off and another filled his cooling system thru the top heater core hose
