Which replacement plugs to use...
Simple question. What is the concensus on replacement spark plugs? Should I go with the motorcraft SP-479's or something different?
Also, while we're at it, what about COP's? I'm pretty sure I'm going to be replacing them the same time.

First of, no, you do not want to use SP plugs, you need douple platinums, the part# would be PP479, and you can use Autolite equivalents, the Motorcraft plugs are made by Autolite, and the Autolite parts are made to the same specs so long as you use the right ones.
The COPs do not need to be replaced unless they need to be replaced, they are not maintenance items.
