In layman's terms, it means the engine is about worn out......no way to repair it short of a complete rebuild....

Blowby is norm in diesels, if it runs good....then its good. Its like an epidemic of powerstroke diesel owners around the country trying to balance there oil pressure cap..up side down.. and trying to caculate if one of the best engines in the world is gona die young from a lil dirt.
